Milky Lane
Leaking gutters bleached my R600 shorts

On 22 December 2013, I went to Milky Lane in Seapoint (Next to the debonairs) - at the entrance there was a liquid dripping from the gutters - when I entered the store some of the liquid fell on me and on my R600 guess shorts that I was wearing - I assumed that it was water and forgot about it and went to order.

When I got back to my friends place I looked at my shorts and I saw that it had bleached marks on them it was little dropplets that now has holes in them. I contacted the milky lane contact centre and i spoke to a helpful lady that assured me that she would contact the store manager to get back to me. To this date I have not received a phone call from anyone - not from the contact centre lady nor the store manager. I am extremely disappointed and I expect a reply ASAP.
