Soda nozzle in my drink

There is nothing worse than finding a filthy soda nozzle in your drink and when you go back to complain about it the manager thanks you for bringing the nozzle back..that's what happened to me on Monday afternoon at Mc Donald's Middelburg mall as filthy as the nozzle was the manager has the nerve to thank me and tell me that the filthy nozzle is harmless, i had to tell her that i am not bringing the nozzle back i am here to complain that's when she started sarcastically apologising..i had to ask to speak to her superior because i felt that the manager was not taking me seriously I took photos of nozzle and should i get sick in anyway i will take the matter further and i will post these pictures on my facebook page to show my friends just how unhygienic the Mc Donal's Middelburg mall's soda fountains are..I will never aver drink a col drink from Mc Donal's ever again.
