KFC out of stock

I was at the Cape Town international airport this evening seeing family off and planned to get a quick meal with the kids only to discover that both of your KFC branches had no chicken or anything I had planned to order and No kiddies meals either. Like why bother being open plus no desserts too. This is very disappointing and frustrating cause you have two brAnches at the airport but both were out of stock of meals and your staff are so not helpful at all more like giving us attitude. It's bad for KFC and our airport. KFC big time. Like seriously how can KFC be open when they don't have any chicken to sell. KFC staff needs to go back to customer service classes.
