3 months ago I wrote a report about the quality and attitude received, no contact was made to me, but I received a text and email stating that this was resolved and my complaint was removed. DONT BE PATHETIC. NORTH BEACH AND SUNCOAST BRANCH is the worst. poor tourists!!
