Pathetic food and staff!

I ordered a chicken mayonnaise roll/bun at the Lakeside Mall branch today and was not impresses to say the least! It looked and tasted pathetic! The chicken mayo in the bun (hardly any!) looked like white shredded to say the least... the taste was even worse, could not even swallow! Upon this, I called them and asked to be made a fresh one or my money back and they opted to refund. When I arrived, the pathetic staff did not even apologise for the inconvenience! Just asked for my slip and scratched around for the money. Sies!!!
