Service, food pathetic!

So after work this evening we go to mcd's for a snack as we usually do, this time though they mess up our order of four things and we wait ten mins at the drive through, then realise the food is cold and the burger is so dry no human being could eat it, so we go back to mcd's to voice our concerns to be met with the rudest cow you have ever met she basically grabs the food from us throws in new chips, doesn't even do anything to the burger just gives it back to us as dry as the beginning and the worst part is the manager was watching this and couldn't care less and not once did we recieve an apology or anything absolutely pathetic service, just cause you a big brand does not mean you should treat your loyal customers like absolutely pathetic!!!
