Bad Attitude and Service

My friends and i have been going to Dros Waterkloof for almost ten years now at least trying to get together once or twice a month to catch up on things.
But this Saturday was different we were informed that we were no longer allowed to get side orders of chips or onion rings for snacks as we have done for almost ten years, we asked to speak to Shaun the manager and he informed us that no sides were to be sold anymore without buying main meals..
what are the management afraid of making money??
When you start making calls like this instead of trying to keep the customers happy you will lose them.
so good bye Dros we won't be supporting you anymore, we have gone to another watering hole.
