Improper Service

After purchasing 8 zinger wings, i was given a wrong order of 1 piece and chicken. i went back to KFC and was given a bad attitude by Thapelo. No apologies. i regard this as poor service because i believe they should have apologised for the wrong oder considering i have told them this is not the first time the've done this.
