Nandos
Poor service

I visited the Nandos at Phoenix plaza on 1/11/13 at about 9.30pm. I orderd a full pack and half a chicken.
i had 5 guests. we ordered and sat down. after a while our order arrived. the chps were hard which i sent back to kitchen. we ask for water in a jug an the waitress was not to pleased> our chicken was overcooked and not tasty as usually. iwas dissappointed. well It seems like Nandos has lost the quality.
with the festive sason approaching it seems like they dont value our business.
