BAD SERVICE at KFC

I go to KFC on a regular basis and most of the time buy the Wicked Zinger box meal. On occasion they have run out of wings and chilli salt which they make up for by giving you other chicken. Now this I totally accepted as these things happen. My complaint however is about them not telling you they run out of these items and you get a surprise when you get home. I expect to be told that they are replacing the wings in the box and not just accept that I will be ok with this. This is the first time I wasn't informed and find it totally rude and to be bad client service. Not even the burger tasted like the zinger burger last night. I went to the Okovango branch - cashier 31 Tuliswa at 14:10, transaction 153796. This was way before dinner time so I don't know what the problem was. I will not support KFC if this is how they treat their clients.
