BAD SERVICE!

After placing a simple order for a BBQ wrap and a Zinger Tower it took them five minutes to tell me the Zinger would take six minutes to be done. While other customers were getting there big orders at lighting speeds, I waited patiently for mine to be done. When I asked them to return my money as they were taking too long they informed me it would be done in two minutes. Five minutes later I had still not received my Zinger. After asking for my money back a second time they gave me the same story. I grew more impatient and ask for my money back a third time and to speak to the manager. All the manager could say is 'I'm sorry' and got the cashier to give me my money back and in that time the Zinger was STILL not ready! The service at the Malvern branch is really disgusting and this is the fourth time I have had issues with them. I am no sick and tired of the pathetic service from that branch and will NEVER buy from them again.
