Went to birch wood spur and no aircon on the hottest day of the month. We get to primrose same thing. So does spur have budget problem. Yes asking the manager to put aircon on at Boksburg "no the windows are open" yet people are waving place mats to cool down and the toilets were disgusting men's urinal was leaking. At primrose they put the aircon on immediately after complaining but still how can you walk in a spur with open kitchen and no air.
