Service to put you in a good mood!

I stopped at KFC on my way home after a long day at work. Regina helped me, and was just so pleasant to deal with that she immediately put a smile on my face. I have gone to the same branch and been helped by her before, and she was just as lovely the previous time. She told me that I looked nice, and was permanently smiling. She also reminded me about the add hope option, which I always want to take but always forget about.
The lady at the collection counter (unfortunately I did not get her name) was also very nice, and full of positive energy.
I don't know what they are doing at that branch to keep their employees so happy, but they should keep it up:)
