From feeling neglected to a brand advocate

My wife and I visited Beluga earlier today and expected outstanding service. We were warmly welcomed and ushered to a table "in the corner". We initially did not think about it too much and after having some starter bread served it all went south. Our waiter "forgot" about us and we just... sat "in the corner" unattended. After about 10 minutes, I got up and asked a different waiter to assist. It was at that time when our original waiter re-appeared. I told him that I was not happy with the service (when compared to their sister company) and he offered a complimentary bottle of water.By that time we had enough, stood up and as I stopped him on his way back to the table to inform him that we were leaving, the Manager (or owner) asked if he could convince me to stay. He, however, was more sincere about his service and intent to serve us. He sat us down, treated us like valued clients and apologised for the experience. He offered to cover the bill and ensured we were well looked after. I did not get the Manager's name but he is an asset to the company. Thank you sir!! We will be coming back to support you in the future...
