Late delivery and quality of the pizza

On Sunday the 10th we phoned in to order a large pizza at around 17H30 at debonairs palm springs.the lady asked if we had ordered before and we told her we did however the previous number we used to use was not working.she insisted on us giving her the number. An hour later the order had not arrived.when we called in we where told the order will come and it did not come:( we called again and this time they told us the delivery guy got lost (Same guy who always delivers as our place). They now asked for a number they can contact us with because the one we gave was not working (As we told them that its not working). We gave them a new number and when we called again we where told they sending a new guy to deliver because the dont know the whereabouts of the previous guy. the delivery came at around pass 20H30. The order was burnt and wasn't up to standard, it also looked very different from what we expected.
