Horrible service

On Tuesday the 5th of November, my husband and I decided we would go for ice cream at KFC sunny side, upon arrival at around 7:30 pm, it was full ok, but there were 5people in the store just standing and looking at us the customers, doing nothing to assist THE TWO TILLS OPEN, including the manager.
Thinking that was worse the one till lady closes the till without telling us who have been on the que for over 15 minutes, we were left standing there as fools. Please let's stop treating people like they are not paying for the service or we get money for free, we work for it so please give us the service we deserve. Finally we were told the ice cream machine is not working
