Chicken Licken
Non delivery - No communication

I placed an order with Chicken Licken Eastrand mall to deliver.
After an hour and a half i called to follow up the whereabouts of my order - i was told that the driver cannot do my delivery as he does not have other deliveries in my area.
Why was i not told this prior or when I placed my order.
Why did i have to call them to find this out.
