Wrong order and Bad Attitude from Manage

I ordered salami cheese and mayo on TOASTED french - it arrived the salami was so bad its was thick fatty slices- unlike when iv ordered from other branches before and it was not toasted- I had to take the salami off was too bad to eat- i struggled to the roll as i had an op and untoasted bread just doesnt go down- when i complained online the manager called from Melrose Arch branch- he was so defensive telling me most of the time clients dont remember what they ordered then they call to complain?!? that is no way to handle a complaint- he also told me the salami is the same as every other branch- to which i told it most definelty IS NOT! he was so rude and blunt and offered no solution just got defensive telling me im wrong so i hung up on him and sent another complaint online to to which iv had zero response so ill NEVER order sandwich baron again EVER and will tell everyone in my family and company (over 1000 people) not to either as thier customer service is digusting and apprently now so is thier food! im in the retail customer industry and know how to give good customer service and handle customer complaints- this guy needs some serious training.
