Poor service delivery

Debonairs say in their advertisement that a triple decker pizza layers is all the same size, but I have encountered at numerous occasions the same problem and each time the manager tell me r will replace it with another, Witch I then agree upon just to find the same problem recurs again help me with a solution. The servise they render should be as advertised is it not true, that is what they proclaim that all the layers is off exact the same size.
