Shouting at staff in front of custome

My family like to go to La Familia in Benoni as the staff always makes you feel welcome and at home and BIG bonus the food is lovely.
Last week we went there to have a nice supper to find out there is a new manager appointed.
My first thought was nice! hopefully he can help get the place busy and better advertised.

to my sadness and disgust he started yelling at the waitress when she wanted to adjust the sound of the music which was to loud inside the restaurant.
she tried to explain but he did not want to here anything and shouted even more, after she went inside the restaurant he went after her and kept on going.

He did not care that there are customers sitting.

He is very unprofessional, he does not greet when you arrive, he makes you actually feel so uncomfertable that we just ate and went home without even thinking of having something else to drink.
