Delivery afte

I placed an order on the 16 October 2013 at 10:30, and the guy i spoke to said that i will be delivered within an hour (11:30), the order still hadn't arrived i then call at 11:45 and the lady i spoke to said that it will be here in ten minutes, i still waited till 12:15 as i was on lunch from 12:00 to 13:00. The food was only delivered at 1:45. i am highly disappointed in the service i received from Chicken licken Bram Fischer i was looking forward to enjoy the meal after fasting for a month!! PLEASE GET THE DELIVERY GUY A SCOOTER INSTEAD OF A BICYCLE and it will result into more happy customers as this incident occured before.
