Less regard for customers

Today at 06h11 I went to KFC which is situated along Rifle range Street in Turfontein. The door was locked and people inside just looked at me. No one had the audacity to come to the door to tell me what was going on coz I wanted breakfast and on the door it is written in bold letters that Breakfast is available from 06h00 to 10h30. I ended up knocking on the door for some attention and I had to shout from outside asking what's going on. Then one of them said food was not ready. That is so ridiculous, I don't have to beg for service. If you say Breakfast is available from 06h00 to 10h30 I expect to get Breakfast when I get to your store at 06h11. That is ridiculously misleading., besides your employees must take customers seriously by attending to them. Or else stop lying to customers by putting up times that you can't stick to... Don't make it my problem that your employees are disorganised therefore food can't be available when it's supposed to be!!!
