Oh my hat - Lelanie is GREAT!!!

I have been struggling to find a venue for my son's 7th birthday party. From people ignoring my calls to my forms getting lost, it has happened to me. In desperation, I contacted Golden Bay Spur for assistance. The gentleman that spoke to me was unable to assist and promised that Lelanie would give me a call asap.

I could not wait so I phoned her again 2 hours later. From a 10 minute conversation, the birthday party has been organised. She did not make me feel silly because it will only be 6 boys in total and she did not belittle this event. She was friendly and super helpful on the phone taking me through what's included and what is not.

I went there tonight to get the invites and she showed me where the party will be (although it is still a week away) and gave me the boxes to pack the party packs. What a delightful experience! Although it was past 8 PM, she was smiling and willing to assist.

All to often I have been faced with terrible attitudes in such an environment but Lelanie has changed that perception for me. Well done Lelanie and well done Spur Human Resources for appointing Lelanie in the first place.

Cannot wait for the party and my son is so excited!
