I have emailed a detailed complaint regarding the food i was served at Banbury crossing, it was emailed through to the fish and chips co and nobody even bothers to contact me back. i guess this service is waht i can expect from the fish and chips co. they charged me R45 for a pinky sized russian, 10 chips, a stale role and a bite sized fish, clearly not what was advertised on their menu boards.

i sent them photographs and they dont even bother to contact you, dont ever buy from them, their portions are over priced and cannot even feed a child
