It is perfectly legal to vape in a public place, indoors or outdoors.

It seems to me that possibly you have had a complaint from a person / people with control issues regarding smoking / vaping / whatever (presumably just as misinformed as You) and You are taking the Path of Least Resistance by using Your misinterpretation of The Law (Tobacco Products Control Act, as you cited in the Spur Extranet email) to justify Your decision. Get it right now.

In any case, I won't be going back to any Spur:
*In my personal capacity
*With my family
*With my friends
*With my business associates

In fact, I won't be going back at all, not to:

*Blue Route Mall Spur
*Fish Hoek Spur
*Long Beach Mall Spur

Especially if they're vapers too =)

And it really is a shame as I am deeply fond of your Monday Madness specials as well as your melt-in-your-mouth Cheddamelt Schnitzels.

Oh well, was fun for as long as it lasted and thanks for the memories. What a shame...
