Worst KFC EVER!!!

I always wanted to place a report, but the other day I got the worst service ever.
I had to wait 10 min for my food at the drive-thru, which was fine. I got the food and left for work.
The burger probably had a 100 year old chicken inside, it was like rubber with a hint of "KFC" flavor. The tomatoes was definitely off and the bun wasn't fresh at all.. The service definitely needs to be looked at!!!
You better fix this place, because I am seriously thinking of never going back there.
