Going the extra mile for something trivial

This lady helped me with something which isn't even in her job description, after a long day at work assisting annoying customers. On Wednesday afternoon 11/09/13, I needed to get hold of a number of a business in the shoppingcentre I phoned two prominent franchises which are located on the same premises, they weren't very helpful, Wimpy was my last hope. Spoke to this lady, she told me to call back in 5 minutes, when I phoned her again she didn't just get me 1 number but 2 of them. Because of her I finally got what I needed!!
