Intimidation and Add Own Tip

My wife treated her sisters to lunch at the Ocean Basket restuarant in Rosebank. When signing the bill, the waiter intimidatedmy wife and added his own tip to the bill!

The customer has the choice whether to give a tip and the quantum of the tip. Does Ocean Basket train their waiters to add their own tip if they are not happy what the customer is prepared to give!!

This is not the first time I am unhappy with the Rosebank restuarant and I think the manager needs to be changed.
