Ice Cream Cake Orde

I checked the web site to order an ice cream cake and saw that the Musgrave branch makes them so I phoned to place an order - they don't make them any more. I phoned uShaka branch and the person who answered the phone was so disorganized and did not know what to do. He asked me to phone back later as he was busy with a customer - am I not a customer?? I phoned Gateway branch and was finally able to place an order. It was late in the afternoon, so the person on the phone asked me to come in the next day to pay a deposit. My husband went in the next day to pay the deposit and they didn't know anything about my order. So he placed another order and was told that it cost R260 and paid a deposit of R200. I went to fetch it this morning and the price had gone up to R300. I am very disappointed with this service and will never order from them again.
