Unproffesional service

Dear management, I would like to complain about the unprofesional service at the Spur branch at Preller Plein in bloemfontein (Milwaukee). The service was unprofesional and rude, there were hair found in one of our drinks and on the food and the chicken was raw from our chicken schnitzels. Please improve the hygiene and profesionalism of the kitchen staff at THIS branch.
