Lack Of Concentration

On the 27.08.2013 i had bought a family treat 8 peice from the drive through. However to my surprise when i got home i realised that only 5 peices where packed for me. I called and spoke to the manager advising her of the situation and was told i could come through the next day to collect the remaining peices. Really!!! The staff are too busy chattng away instead of concentrating on the orders. To top it all off
the chicken was dry and we eat KFC often in my home but will NEVER buy from that branch again.
Please do not misunderstand me- i am not moaning about 3 peices of chicken i am disappointed in the fact that this was a huge inconvienance to my family and I!!! Kfc is a well renoun franchise and all branches should maintain the same ethics irrespective to the area they are based in.
