No Service at all

Visited Irene Mall Wimpy 25 August.
We were handed our menus and told the waiter we just wanted to drink something, instead of taking our order immediately, he left.
After 5 minutes a waiter passed and I requested she take our order. She said she will send somebody. another 5 minutes later, no service so we decided to leave. As we left a waiter came closer asking if we are leaving, I told him that Their service is bad.
