Cold ribs, bad/no service kinda expected

After 3 complaints and vowing never to return, we did, definitely never again.
The waiter Saul, 3 attempts to get a passion fruit and water, having to explain like a child, split portion of ribs, served hot, crispy onion rings, and extra basting sauce (all issues we've dealt with in the past)
Well cold ribs, soggy warm oily onion rings, no basting sauce... Typical we should have known,
The waiter served the food, we never saw him again, we tried to enjoy the meal and soon gave up, management walked up and asked how we were enjoying everything, I couldn't even begin to mention the experience, ( we were verbally abused last time we had an incident, I wasn't prepared to defend my rights.eventually getting up and asking the 5 waiters at the till for my bill, we waited forever throughout the confusion, and paid, walked out, still with all plates on the table, sorry about the poor tip, you deserved it,
Please don't even try contact me, I will never return, thanks for nothing
If you're looking for an expensive meal, that's terrible in an empty restaurant at 1pm on a Saturday, enjoy, you will be dissapointed.
