SERVICE NOT UP TO STANDARD

I had a bad experience at Hawk Lake Spur in Centurion 9 Aug. I informed the manager per email of my dissatisfaction. Werner responded by requesting a contact number but unfortunately that is where it stopped!!!

In short the waiter did not understand our request iro the nachos, quesadillas that we ordered were so spicy and not what we had oreder (and then the waiter still had the audacity to tell us that is what we had ordered and this after he did not even write our order down or even repeat the order)... and this is only the tip of the iceberg. Reason for complain in this manner - more than 7 days and no response.
