Not what I ordered, cold food

Good day

So me and my BF wanted to try out your exciting new franchise last week, we waited about 45 mins in total to get our food FINALLY. we ordered the king whopper meal, and I ordered the extra long chili cheese meal, only to find out finally when we could eat, that the food was cold, and my chili cheese barely had any jalepenos on it, and the whopper was not a whopper, but some chicken burger.

This is not fair, and a let down, after we waited so long and hoped to try out BK. I would have been grateful if I could at least get the meal replaced or refunded, but once again the queue was impossible.
