Casbah waiter with a stinking attitude

I would like to report a waiter at Casbah in Annlin, his name is Johannes. He wasn't interested in serving us as we drive a Clio or we are black like him. One colleague even told him to assist us he he flat out refused saying that he won't. I tried to call their management but the phones dont work. We waited for five minutes with him waiting there then he went to serve a white person. I want to know if this is the kind of people you employ as this is surely going to ruin their business.
