2HRS - NO DELIVERY!!!

We placed an order for delivery at 18h00, kept calling and was advised the driver was on his way.
At 19.45, after being to on numerous occasions, we drove to the store only to see our order still at the store and the delivery guy had just returned to fetch the order.
We asked for the managers name and was advised that his name is Nelson, however, when we got to the store, the managers name was in fact Vincent.

This is about the 5th time we ordered from nandos Reservoir Hills and never received anything.

Totally unacceptable!!
