Very Rude Hostess Who Actually Seemed Intoxicated

I am not shocked to see the many bad reviews of this place. Unfortunately i too experienced the same poor service yesterday by a lady named Anna.

We called at 18.30pm to say that we would be 10mins late for our 7pm reservation to which Anna was very rude to my wife. Upon arrival i too was victim of her snotty attidtude when i just merely asked for our table.

FInally i had complained that my lamb shank was terribly salted to which i was told was normal when cooked in a red wine reduction. Im sorry but i have eaten over 500 versions of lamb shank as this is my favourite meal but never was i told that it was supposed to be so salty. It was so salty that I couldn't even taste the lamb. Every guest of mine shared the same sentiments but obviously Anna knew better. I asked to order of the menu again as I didn't even touch my food but the way in which Anna handled this made our table very uncomfortable especially as this was a birthday dinner. I really liked our waiters, the ambiance, but Anna ruined what should of been a lovely evening!!!
