It was during Ramadaan so my wife didn't feel up to entertaining guests & wanted to spend some time with me (away from the kids).

I knew she felt for curry, a salomie (fast food), I suggested that we go to town & see what happens. I then contacted Bukara & explained that I wish to surprise my wife with dinner at Bukara, but I wanted to make it a special evening & make her feel special.

Troy's response was a resounding "Don't worry sir, I'v got you covered".
I continued to explain that I really wanted to impress her, but that I don't have much faith in the service industry as its been shocking of late.

Troy, in his calm demeanour and smiling voice said: "Dont worry, I've got your covered", "Leave it with me sir and I will ensure your wife enjoys her stay with us" I (still not convinced) said okay don't disappoint me!

We arrived at the restaurant, to be greeted by Shaheen, "Zaire, we've prepared your table, please follow me" instant brownie points from the wife!
FRESH FLOWERS, ROSE PETALS and MOCKTAILS!!!
