Pizza Mashup - Poor quality standards for delivery

So at 17h13 today i conclude my online purchase of a club real deal and a meaty stackk pizza. all goes well as for a change online purchase for springsgate is working. the very helpfull team contacted mae to advise of additional delivery charge which is no hassle. as promised around 40 minutes thereafter pizza is received and delivery charge paaid to driver outside my residence. on entering we open the two boxes, amazed to find pizza mashup, almost as if the two hot pizza's were placed in a plastic shopping bag, given to the delivery person and he had then run a marathon with this bag, completely inedible i contact the branch and advise, however shocked to find that conversing in english is such a huge challenge. eventually after getting irate the message is made clear to sibusiso who indicate that he will have to contact his manager - no problem with. 20 minutes go by, no call received from debonairs so i phone again, telephone answered by sibusiso who hands the phone to his manager. assuming the time delay taken, at this point the manager Thomas does not know anything about order 85. again, after gettin irate, the message is conveyed. 18h41 now still no pizza
