Swop chicken pieces

I have searched the KFC website and have looked on the walls, of our local KFC and there is nothing about swoping pieces of chicken for a different piece. i like a thigh or a center brest, but love the fully loaded box and have asked many times to swop out the drum stick for a thigh or center brest, yet i am told it is not possible.

am i not the paying client? even if i was told it wouldl cost R5 more to have that then so be it but to be completely denied what i am asking for, is like a waiter telling her/his table (the paying client) no you can not have the Tbone you must have the Sirlon.

Im very sorry but this is no way to keep clients who are locals of the area.
