Fast service equals raw food

Went to Nando's in westgate today and was pleasantly surprised by the fast service. Taking my first bite of food I discovered why it was so fast- the chicken was still raw! My mother and sister, who arrived, ordered and ate before us, encountered the same problem. I politely told the manager on duty, Abby, to pack our food for take-away, as I will cook it further at home. I have to give her credit as she offered to cook it for us and showed the staff just what they served up. Unfortunately today marked my last visit to nando's, as over the last few years service and food quality and quantity has just gone down the drain! A pity so much time and effort is put into advertising and marketing, yet the actual service and quality of food leaves a bitter taste in ones mouth!
