Bad Manners, swering and slurs

This morning of 26/06/2013 at 09h45, I bought take away coffee from the shell and walked down the road in Melville main street to get some fish and chips. I had the coffee with me but I was told to step outside as I am not allowed to step in the premises (Fish and Chips) with the coffee, I explained that I am placing an order and I will not consume it, but I believe having to step outside is a little bit far fetched.
The owner or manager informed me that it was his premises and he makes the rules. I though logicaly we can have a conversation but he quickly got excited and informed the cashier to refund me as he referred to me with disrespectful word used on the for black ethnic.
I told him that was wrong and he shouldn't talk to me in that manner, that is when the floods of insults started flowing. (From my mother to my siblings to my privates and so on)
I was followed down the street for a street fight as well with some more insults.
Honestly as was very close to entertain this but did not. I have soon learned from people close by and the next door securitty from absa that he has no respect for anyone especially if you are black.
