Bad attitude

We visited Spur last night (25 June) and 1. When we are asked whether the kids sodas are not free, we were told that we cannot use our family card to get the free drinks. Nobody told us that we are supposed to utilise the kids totem cards for free sodas, why offer the family card in the first place, why should we have both cards with us, it does not make any sense. We always used to utilize the family card, now to be told we cannot get free sodas for the kids when we have been using it all a long whenever we visit the Spur. Does this even make sense? Why cant they link the spur kids totem cards with the family card, now I must walk with 3 cards in my wallet? 2. Secondly, one of your personnel has given us such a attitude last night, because the rules state that the R50 birthday voucher has been loaded onto the card for eating a meal, not for having dessert or anything else. According to her, the terms and conditions state that the child must have a meal, which I understand, but your sms certainly is very contradicting. Your Adielah lady really needs to be taught some manners when speaking to clients, her attitude stinks, and we will never visit the N1 City Spur again
