Unprofessional Behavior From A Senior Staffe

My wife went to this branch to order pizza and she was told they are very busy and the order will take long, she then opted for delivery in stead. Upon attempting to conclude the order by paying with a Debit Card, the speed point declined. I then drove from work to give her another card which thankfully went through. Even after all this waiting the order was still not done. We then opted to leave hoping the order will be there shortly after arrival but no; the pizza was only delivered at 20H55 and cold, which is two plus hours later. In Debonairs standards that is very unacceptable and therefore liable for a refund.
I feel the manager should be held accountable as she is the one that must rally her staff to be efficient and diligent in what they do and how they treat customers. The mere fact that you have to wait for her for almost twenty minutes before she comes to the front and still fails to acknowledge your presence is a travesty. I hope something gets done soon before that branch turns into more disarray.
