Incorrect Orde

On the 11th June 2013 @ 18H39 I placed an order of a double crummed crust (the one thats being advertised lately) order number 89 paid R97.80 but when I got home it was an ordinary crust, there was nothing double about it.
Its not what I saw on the menu and definitely not the one I saw on your ad, does the staff at diepkloof square, soweto know the double crummed crust pizza or not if not please i ask that they be provided with more training because I could tell from the guy at the back that he just didnt understand the order and my mistake was that I didnt check the order in the shop.
I'm definitely not happy with what i got yesterday and I paid R97.80 for what???
