What is going on

This morning, I stopped my car and told the attendant to fill up my vehicle, I went into the shop and ordered a meal, I asked the guy if i can pay my newspaper etc at the same time, he told me no problem, when i returned with my news paper and cooldrink, Ditch was busy at the register in the steers side, he said i cannot pay because the system is updating or something and just walked away, I asked him are we talking about 2minutes or an half an hour or what as it was 6am already and i have to be at work 6:15am, he shouted at me to just wait, then I tried to pay my things at the other till and I wasn't able to, I ended up leaving the newspaper and steers. When I paid for my fuel outside I see on the receipt it doesnt say fuel so I lose my 5% ebucks aswell. Ditch was very arrogant and rude and the other employees commented at me and laughed at me as i got angry. This is my 3rd complaint about this shop in about 6months.
