Manager has bad customer service

We want to start with a breakfast at panaroties and we where there 11:20 and ask them for breakfast where waiter told us it ended at 11:00 am i ask him can you please ask manager if posible to still get breakfast and he didnt want to go and i respond to say just go and ask plesse... so he came back and just say no..my promblem today is bad service customer care!! They dont go that extra mile for custimers at all!! Me and my family will never yo backtto panaroties kolonnade! Just to say we went to spur after our experiance and they told the same and i ask them can you ask your manager and we end up with a nice breakfast!! That is going the extra mile
