Nandos
WOW!

Until last week, I vowed never to have Nandos again in a hurry. The prices have increased tremendously over the past few years - amongst other things and the quality of food (Lenasia specifically) is TERRIBLE. Today was the second time in a week that I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and quantity of the Nandos - from the Braamfontein (JHB) branch. Last week I ate at the franchise. The restaurant was clean, well lit and there appeared to be a "buzz" in the air. The manager was checking on all the customers, giving them glasses for their drinks - offering glasses with, or without ice. THIS is the extra touch which will get the clients coming back all the time. On both occasions - the food was fresh, portion sizes perfect - Nandos as I remember it was BACK - and I hope it's here to stay. Braamfontein - If you carry on like this I will be more than happy to spread the word and price hikes will be a minor factor. Thank you for a great lunch. :)
