ROTTEN KFC CHICKEN BAD ATTITUTES

I bought an 8 piece family pack at KFC WONDERBOOM PRETORIA @ 15:08 27 May 2013, because I was in the area I put it in thw fridge for to eat later. when my husband got home we discovered that the meat has an awful smell and it doesnt look good. somy husband called the KFC WONDERBOOM to explain the matter, he was handled terribly he explained that we live about 35 km from that KFC so perhaps they can refer us to the closest KFC in our area the manager NTOMBI did not want to do that she insisted that we drive to them she will make a plan. on our arrival they told us that the meat looks fine and its not rotten. so we decided to leave with the meat so we take the matter further they confiscated the one chicken piece and told me to go enjoy it and I can go report them. I refuse to be treated like that. driving 35km with my 4 year daughter who has school in the morning for someone's careless mistake and they refuse to acknowledge the mistake and resolve the matter. the entire stuff made a mockery of my me and my family!!! I have the meat with me and I will do whatever it takes to take this matter further and expose the kind of service KFC offers along with their"client oriented stuff"
